Move Reviews to new Manager

We have a situation where a supervisor has left her position after the reviews have been assigned.  She was assigned 32 reviews to complete.  Some employees have already completed their self-eval on that review.  Now we need a new supervisor to be assigned the reviews for those 32 employees.  The only way I know to do this is to assign a new review to the new supervisor and delete the old review that was assigned to the old supervisor.  I don't want to lose the self-evals that were completed under the original review which will happen if I delete it.  Is
