Send job posting notifications for all internal candidates

Hi,

We have a requirement;

All documents indicate that a JPN is sent for matching candidates and this matching criteria is given by the candidate's OLF preferences and the requisition contextualization. We need a workaround to override the matching criteria and send a JPN for ALL internal candidates (as this is a showstopper requirement from our customer).

It's a regulatory that have union contracts.
