Dear Development Team,
Following is the problem statement and my findings. Please confirm if the solution is in the findings.
Problem Statement: Goal weight validation not available in performance document if a new goal( with weight) is added after the creation of the document
Steps:
1. Employee creates multiple goals with all the goal weights summing up to 100%. All goals are approved by a manager.
2. A performance document is created and all the goals flow in the document with correct goal weight.
3. A new goal (with goals weight 20%) is added to the goal space and the goal weights are redistributed with the total as 100%.
