Upload a Performance Rating with Excel into Comp Worksheets

We just implemented Oracle Fusion last fall, and so did not use the Oracle performance module for 2017 performance reviews (did an offline process instead). I have all of the ratings in an Excel worksheet. Is it possible to upload this information into the comp worksheets, so that when managers are doing merit planning they'll be able to see their employees' ratings in their worksheets? If I can't do an upload, what other options exist to get the performance ratings into the comp worksheets. Thanks!
