Starting with Release 13, Oracle Global Order Promising Cloud can schedule orders for order management systems other than Oracle Order Management Cloud. These include on-premise solutions such as E-Business Suite and JD Edwards, as well as 3rd party ERP systems. Here’s how it works.

Order Capture and Scheduling

Prior to order capture, the eCommerce, quoting or other order capture solution calls GOP Cloud via a web service to check availability for the items that users are considering purchasing. GOP Cloud responds with a set of supply alternatives that a user can select.
