In Benefits, every time a life event is processed, all of our benefit plans are given a coverage end date the day before the Life Event Date and a Coverage Start Date the day of the Life Event Date.

Is it possible to not have the Coverage Start/End dates change for every benefit plan after every life event processes?

For example, a salary change life event only affects a few of our benefits. We don't need it to show a new coverage start and end date for our Medical plan because it has no affect.
