Need to report on Employees work schedules and patterns

Hello,
We need to be able to report on employees work schedules and patterns so we can create a report that looks like a calendar and show the days that employees work, we have quite a few employees that are part time. Can you please tell me if in R12 or R13 there is a subject area that will give us this information. The data is in the system, we should be able to report on it.
