How to add a new Location on a Requisition which currently doesn't exist in the Structure

I have been asked to add a new location so that it can be available under OLF in the Requisition. The country and location currently doesn't exist in our Structure. How do you add it? Any impact to consider when adding it? such as RSLocation, Career Section etc.
