Req. Pending Approval - Missing Next Steps

Not able to close, place on hold reqs. waiting for approval.

Hi,

I have a req. that is "waiting for approval".

I want to cancel this req. instead of delete it.

Next to "next steps" (within the req) it shows candidates / search as options

I added approve/reject, hold, cancel, etc. to the next steps within the req. workflow, but these options are not showing up?

Is there somewhere else I should look?
