Hi we just switched screening vendors and moved to HireRight.  Everything was working fine on Monday (go live) but on Friday afternoon, we started having problems.   A few of the screening requests were processed but most of them when the recruiter initiates the screening, instead of taking them to the HireRight website (which is where they are selecting the package) it takes them back to the candidate profile.    So something is not working correctly.  In addition, I have another report that even though the screening service has been checked on the requisition, the recruiter is unable to see the modify
