Submitting A Candidate To A Hiring Manager

Hi again....hope no one is getting tired of my questions
Is there an easier way to submit candidates to Hiring Managers instead of using the "Send To" button?
When I want to submit a candidate to a hiring manager, I click the "send to" button....then have to select the req., hm's name, etc.
Is there an easier way to send this to the HM?
