Customization on opened candidates and requisition

Hello,

We would like to have a process that finds candidates and requisitions that are still open two months after they were initially opened 
(requisitions that were opened two months ago or before that, and candidates that are still in progress and havent been hired/rejected ) in Taleo and send email to the candidate and the requisition owner.

Is it possible to indicade these population and send them an automatic email? 
where is the method to perform that ? (since we are not sure if there is such a thing as 'customization' in Taleo)
