Receipts posted, but not showing in bank account

Summary

AR Receipts have been fully posted, but we can't see them in the Balance Sheet bank account

We entered a receipt against Receivables but it does not show in the bank account.

I can bring up the receipt, view accounting, and it has posted.

I can bring up the invoice this receipt paid, and the Transaction Activities show that the receipt has been applied and cleared.

I can't see any un-posted journals for that month.

I don't know where else to look.

I don't know how to determine where it went, if anywhere, and what to do with it now.
