Hi team -

Currently When HR initiates an Inter Company Transfer or Global Temporary Assignment  for a Manager, by default the check box is selected for all the directs and in the train stop they need to select the new Manager to whom these directs need to be aligned. If they uncheck the box  it would automatically assign the employees to the Active assignment of the Manager. Currently the default option is 'Checked'. Is it possible to default it to be unchecked via page personalization or does it call for an ER?
