Assigning Automatic JSA Notifications Per Career Section

Is it possible to have one JSA Notification triggered for the initial apply and another for the second pass?

We currently use the JSA Acknowledgement notification that is triggered when a candidate completes our apply process. The notification sends a message to the candidate thanking them for applying. The candidate then returns to our "2nd Pass" apply to complete our background consent, and our recruiters would like a notification sent to them (the recruiter) when the candidate completes the 2nd Pass. I tried setting up another JSA Acknowledgement but I do not see a way to assign the notifications to a specific application flow. Has anyone been able to do this, maybe using a different triggering event?
