Personal Payment method - Delivered Validation rules by country and ability to add validation

Content

Hi,

Looking for pointers to any documentation on what the Oracle delivered validation rules for personal payment methods ( Employee bank accounts specifically )  are. For example, there is a validation on length and format of Routing number for US. I am looking to get the delivered rules for all countries and more importantly for US/ Canada.

Also, is there an ability to add more validation by country? We have a requirement to validate Routing numbers are 9 digits long for Canada, Are we able to define such rules? Please advise.
