Active and Terminated Employees Excluding Global Transfer Terminations

Summary

Looking for a way to exclude anyone with a Termination Action "Global Transfer"

Content

Hi All,

I am trying to build a report with all Active and Terminated employees in our company, but I need to exclude any terminated records that have Termination Action "Global Transfer".

I found a different post where someone was looking for "Termination Action" but in comments it was suggested that they use "HR Action" as a filter. When I use "HR Action" as a filter ("HR Action" <> "Global Transfer"), the report excludes all Active and Terminated employees whose Action contains "Global Transfer". I need to keep the active employees on the report.
