Unhiding the fields on the page

When we implemented Oracle Fusion, our implementor hid the fields on the Skills and Qualifications Page from our employees.  Our implementor is gone and I am trying to unhide everything so we can use this in Employee Self Service.  I went into Manage Profile Types>Person>Content Section.  I made the appropriate section available to Employee role to view and update.  Then I created my sandbox and started to unhide things in About Me>Skills and Qualifications but I am not seeing anything of these items in Page Composer to unhide them.  What am I missing?  Is there additional configuration I need to do?  I have attached the screenshots of
