Capture accurate rate of pay in offer letter

Summary

Need ideas for how to capture accurate rate of pay in offer letter

Content

We use TEE for Recruiting/Onboarding, Oracle HCM for Global HR, Kronos for Time and ADP for Payroll.  We have employees in all US States.  The business requirement is 'Ensure accurate rate of pay is reflected on the candidate's offer letter, which must be equal to or higher than the federal/state minimum wage requirements.'

We are looking for ideas on how to identify/manage minimum wage requirements via TEE to ensure the offer letter is accurate or if a manual process is the best solution.

Howdy, Stranger!
