Talent Review Dashboard Color Coding for Ethnicity
Summary
Talent Review Dashboard Color Coding for EthnicityContent
I'm hoping someone can help me understand what the logic is behind the colors show for ethnicity when that option is selected on the dashboard. Are specific colors assigned to specific ethnicities? The concern is that the Asian ethnicity is appearing as yellow, and my HR partner is not happy about that at all. Is there any way to change this?
Update: A have another talent review meeting created, and for that content prep, Asian is showing as blue, not yellow. So the question stands, what criteria is used in assigning colors?
