R13 - Hide Request New Supplier Option

Is it possible to hide the Request New Supplier option under More Tasks on the Requisition Landing Page?

In R12, we were able to hide the Request New Supplier option on the Requisition landing page.  In R13, it appears as part of the More Tasks drop down menu.  Is it possible to remove that option from the Drop Down?  We do not have supplier approval set up and do not want our shoppers using this option.
