We have been asked to setup a plan for an annual Bonus payout. Compensation will provide the recommended payout for each employee, managers will be able to adjust the amount and it will rollup for approval to Executive Leaders. The Amount compensation allocates to each employee will be the budget amount, that the ELT cannot go over. (We are global so will need Currency Conversion rates)
We are running into several issues as we start to build skeleton.
