Work Experience for Background Checks with Hireright

Summary

Work Experience is no longer going in chronological order

Content

Hireright made a code change on their end about a month ago and now when we request background checks through them, they don't always go in chronilogical order and incorrectly showing candidates "current employment" which is actually their former employment.

Speaking with Hireright, the change they made is that if the "permission to contact employer" flag is marked as "no", then it is mapped to the Current Employer. Their advice has been to "stop sending the "false" flag" or to only ask that question on their current employer and not on previous employment history. When I go to Oracle to ask about removing the flag on our TCC scripts, they have told me that the partner needs to have a re-certification done (which I explained to Hireright as well).

Howdy, Stranger!
