Release 13 (Update 18A) allows you to opt into and enable Business Intelligence Publisher template based Negotiation Invitation notification. This feature provides the capability to configure negotiation invitation notification as per business needs. Refer Oracle Procurement Cloud What’s New document for more details.

Download Report

  1. Login into Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher.
  2. Click Catalog.
  3. Expand folders: Shared Folder -> Procurement -> Sourcing.
  4. Select Negotiation Invitation Email Report. Click More and select Customize. This will create a copy of the report in the Custom folder.
  5. Click Edit under the Negotiation Invitation Email Body Layout. This will download the NegotiationInvitationEmailBodyReport.rtf.
