We are a Global company and have many Legal Entities in USA alone. Employees move between Legal Entities. When Global Transfer is done, a new Assignment & Payroll Relationship is created and Payroll Element Entries, Benefits entries, Tax Card, Payment Methods, Absence Balances are not moved from old to the new Assignment/Payroll Relationship.
How are other customers handling this situation? We have many of the transfers happening every month and HR, Benefits & Payroll team is occupied with ensuring all these items are moved over to the new Assignment/Payroll Relationship to ensure accurate Payroll Payments to employees.
