I was wondering if anyone else has used the new workforce compensation functionality in R13 which allows employees to view their own change statement through self-service. As the functionality has changed in R13, Managers can no longer view statements for 'All Workers', we were interested in enabling employees to view their own letters. However, I have followed the guidance which is available from Oracle with regards to adding the necessary privilege, changing the configuration within the plan to centrally manage letters and using the batch process to generate statements with a visibility for Admin, Managers and Workers.
