Hi,

I somehow feel the Evaluation Management functionality in Taleo is incomplete for the below reasons:

  1. The application cannot send interview schedule to the candidate automatically, when an interview is created.
  2. The Interview is scheduled for a future date, but when the participant accepts the interview schedule, the participant receives an email with the evaluation form immediately and can provide the feedback. It doesnt control the participant to provide feedback until the actual schedule.
  3. There are some KB articles (Doc ID 2106091.1, 1923807.1) mentioning stand alone evaluation requests, but i have no clue regarding them. If anyone can provide information regarding stand alone evaluation requests, please do share.
