We are a chemical sales and distribution company currently implementing an end to end Oracle Cloud solution.
Our current comp plan is for monthly commissions, which has a minimum guarantee. When employee commissions in a given month do not exceed the minimum, the employee creates a "debt". Oracle supports this functionality. However, when employees go over their minimums in future months, Oracle wants to take 100% of the excess to pay back the debts before passing on upside to the employee. Our current process is to split the excess 50/50. 50% to employee, 50% to pay back debt.
