Data restrictions for Oracle Fusion Middleware BI Publisher Reports

There are some data roles with security restrictions for report viewing. Ex : Person in Legal entity A can not view  report data in Legal entity B.

This data roles are working fine with OTBI reports but not with some reports created on Oracle Fusion Middleware BI Publisher Reports based on SQL. Is this any expected behavior or setup issue ?
