Direct reporters Compensation Dashboard

Hi Team,
I have requirement to build a dashboard, which shows the direct reporters details with compensation for the line manager. It should show the details of the only direct reporters for that manager. i could build the BI report for this but i am not sure if that will work in the dashboard because i am getting the BI login user details.
Any help /suggestions please.
