Impact of terminating and cancelling work relationship on learning records

Content

Hi,

I have done some testing on termination and cancelling work relationship of an employee and the effect on the employee's learning records. I am quite surprised with the results and want to start a discussion to see:

1) Are we all having the same result when performing these actions?

2) How can we make sure learning records are an accurate reflection of active learners?

My results:

  • Learning Administrator created a course and learning assignment to users. After termination nothing changes to the course and learning assignment so termination has no effect on learning content created by affected user. User is not able to login anymore.

Howdy, Stranger!
