Viewing the Activities of Team Lead

Assisting and Team Lead do not reach the customer location in the same vehicle


Hello Experts,

We are currently testing the extensibility of Team creation in Oracle Field Service Cloud.

We are currently working on a scenario in which we have a 2 member team created in Field Service Cloud. (Resource 1: Team Lead, Resource 2: Assisting)

The Resources do not reach the customer location with the same vehicle. 

Since the Assisting Activity is a repeating Activity, we cannot the add the Customer location every time the activity is assigned to the team lead and also the list of tasks he has to perform.
