Hi,

I am trying to create a OTBI report based on Subject Area - Workforce Management - Absence Real Time.

Currently we have a Custom Absence Dashboard(which is a webpage) in Oracle EBS. Now we are moving to HCM Cloud and want to create the same Absence Dashboard in HCM using OTBI or BI Publisher.

It is not necessary to get the exact replica of the absence dashboard in HCM, but close to what is currently there in EBS. 

I just need help to get all the days of the month in the output as you see in EBS and also want that the Manager's team should be able to see all people absence under that manager. For e.g. If a manager have 3 employees reporting to him, So the report should be able to share the absence details between all the 4 employees i.e Manager can view all 3 employees absence and employees could see manager absence and their team absence.
