Hi -

With the Contact Log....can you add fields to this section?

I think it would be great to add a drop down for the type of call or response you enter in this section.

So instead of having to enter "Left Voicemail" in the "Subject" every time...we would have a drop down to pick from to speed up the process.

Thoughts?
