Generate Online Payslip Process - Missing Colleagues

Hello,

I wonder if anybody has experienced colleagues will missing payslips following the upgrade to Release 13. Also if anybody is aware of a report or method of measuring who has been assigned an online payslip/ tracking missing online payslips for colleagues.
