We have Journal Entry approval rules configured in Fusion General Ledger where HR Manager must approve, reject, etc. the journal entry creator's work. When HR Manager Reject via Outlook email, the notifications are not getting triggered. The journal entry still appears in 'Requiring Approval' status and the journal creator never receives notification.
When HR Manager rejects from the Bell Notification or Tools > Worklist area, the Rejection notifications are triggered.
Has anyone experienced similar behavior after configuring Journal Entry approval rules? Thanks!
