Is it possible to add to have more than two options on an eOffer for acceptance/refusal?

Example: Response I Accept with Academic Benefit

               Response 2 Accept with No Academic Benefit

               Response 3 Refuse offer

Also, is it possible to include a candidate response field on the eoffer which accepts candidate input (not driven by the offer grid)?
