Fast formula to fetch Bonus History in the User Defined Columns in worksheet displayContent
My client needs a Bonus history column in the worksheet display of workbench compensation plan. I created a fast formula which picks up the bonus awarded in the last year. There are two bonuses, namely STI and discretionary bonus which are awarded on two different dates. So, for the year 2017, the Discretionary bonus is awarded in December of 2017 and STI Bonus is awarded in feb 2018.
However, my FF is pulling the bonus from 2016 for those employees who did not receive any bonus in 2017.
Here is the FF i used. Please suggest any modifications to exclude 2016.
