Benefits - Hardcoding the Plan and Options
Summary
Benefits - Hardcoding the Plan and OptionsContent
In Configuration/Fast Formulas, OTBI reports, and HCM Extracts, I am finding that we are having 'hardcode' the plan type and options. Example when we run a report for Dental, we hardcode the report to say "Delta Premium" or "Delta Basic". This doesn't seem to be efficient if we do a change in the name of the plan (or even the options) in the future.
I have heard about using an UDT to handle this. I would love to hear how other customers are handing this item.
