How are organizations adding EEO statement

Content

A third party hosts our career site. We have an EEO Statement at the bottom of all of our career site pages.

Because we also have job board aggregators scraping our 3rd party hosted career site the EEO statement is not included.  Is this an issue or concern for other organizations?

Are you manually adding the EEO statement at the end of all of your job descriptions in Taleo to address this issue?
