Does the choice list values for a prompt get saved at the time of Taleo OBI analysis is created?

We are on OBI 11g Release 1 (11.1.1).  Does the choice list values for a prompt get saved at the time of Taleo OBI analysis is created? 

We have changed the Organization level 2 name after the analysis was created.  The choice list was showing the old name, not the current name setup in Config. After deleting the prompt and re-adding the prompt, the new value was showing.
