API from HCM Cloud returning no results

We have previously been approved for REST services for API from HCM Cloud, and are now looking to develop this to pull employee information to send to employee directory. But when we call the API we are getting no results. Have raised an SR but struggling to get this resolved and becoming critical as have development teams over this week. Any help/guidance on where setup might be wrong would be great.
