Gauging Demand for Uploading Documents During Enrollment

I work as a product manager in the Oracle Fusion Benefits team. We are currently looking at future functionality, including the ability for Benefits participants to upload documents during enrollment. For example, documents pertaining to self, contacts and beneficiary organizations as part of enrollment or outside enrollment processes. Some of the important documents are proof of good health, evidence of insurability for insurance coverage, date of birth certificates, etc.

What we'd be interested in finding out is:

  • Do you have a requirement for this functionality? And if so, could you share any use cases with us?
  • Which documents do your participants need to upload during enrollment (to ensure we have covered all the required document types)
