Hello,
We are using BI Publisher to send emails to new hires (data model, bursting, RTF Template)
I have a requirement to send different text based on the hire date; which we already have in the data model
*(TO_CHAR(pps.date_start, 'MM-DD-RRRR') HIRE_DT

I need some help with conditional formatting; I have used a basic IF Statement in a RTF before, but I cannot seem to get any other operators besides equal to work

any guidance or documentation would be great!

*I have the RTF guide online, but there are only a few examples that did not work for me
