Best Practices for Offer Refusals and Negotiations in Advanced E-Offer
Summary
Looking for best practices when a candidate refuses offer or wants to negotiate in Advanced E-OfferContent
Hello all:
I am looking for some best practices for handling candidates that refuse an offer or want to negotiate an offer using Advanced E-Offer. Currently, in our testing environment, I have the process ending without any instruction to the candidate when they refuse which takes the Task tab away. We feel this doesn't provide a good experience and more instruction should be given. We also noticed that we cannot add a "Negotiate Offer" option in the Offer response field. How are others handling candidates that want to negotiate? Are you providing instructions or another task indicating what to do?
