We need to setup different rates of mileage by province. Within the policy for mileage there is an option to set mileage rate determinants based on location > Geographic locations.

The rates are supposed to be loaded using the ADFDI spreadsheet as the rate determinants were enabled. Within the spreadsheet I can select country as Canada and not a province (there is a state field but no list of values and also populated province data in it, system not populating that back).

How to set the mileage rates by province.
