Cornwall Council is at the beginning of migrating to Oracle Cloud.  I am interested in making contact with anyone out there who also on this journey to share experiences. We are implementing

Both HCM for HR and payroll (58 payrolls/35,000 payees pcm) and using ERP financials for AP and AR (80,000 AP invoices/20,000 AR invoices annually).

 

Today I am particularly interested in anyone paying term-time only employees.  It would appear that cloud has no standard functionality to cope with this and works on the basis of hours only to calculate the FTE.

 

 

As Cloud is “adopt not adapt” the ability to create fast formulae that alters the standard FTE calculation is not available.  I am sure we are not alone in this and I am very interested to understand how others achieve this.
