Taleo UDF are out of sync betwee Stage and Production environments. What is the best practice to keep these in sync?

Hello,

Looking for any helpful tips and tricks to keep our Taleo Stage and Production environments in sync.  We currently utilize a lot of UDF fields and have found that these do not remain in sync between the two environments.  Any suggestions on how you keep these in sync?
