How to get Job ID based on a derived job code in fast formula

How to get Job ID based on a derived job code in fast formulaContent
I need to determine the job an employee can be promoted to based on their current job. The new job code is derived from the first 5 characters of the current job code concatenated with the next integer from the current job code 6th character e.g if the current job code is SMAEG1 the promotion job code would be SMAEG2. Once I derive this new job code, how do I determine the job ID associated with it? Is there an array that contains all the work structure job codes, a function that can return job ID, or a job code
