Updating Goal Description after Mgr Approval

Hi Everyone!

Currently, when an employee submits a goal and it has been approved by their manager, they can then go in and update/change the goal description.  

We are looking for a way to block the editing of the description post mgr approval and to only allow for changes/updates to the actual Comment section.

Assuming this can be accomplished, but not sure how.
